About Our Lead Instructor
Your ICD-10-CM program will be led by our AHIMA credentialed ICD-10 trainer, Rebecca Halonen, RHIT. Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in medical billing coding, teaching, and patient services across a variety of specialty and other healthcare environments. She received her Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) credentials in 2007 and is one of a small number of current ICD-10CM/PCS Approved Trainers through AHIMA. Whether teaching Health Information Management courses, working one-on-one with medical practices, or mentoring college students, Rebecca is always passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
