This is a template that should be part of the weekly/monthly interventional cardiologist coverage.

It is recommended that all clinical, scheduling, authorization and front office staff have this schedule available to them at all times.

If your organization does not have cardiology interventionalist it is recommended that your organization add this template to the covering interventionalist, contact information during normal business and after hours.

It is further recommended that the temple includes the cath lab manager and the covering interventionalist’s contact information.

It is recommended by United Physician Services that all the organization policies and procedures be readily available (real time) to all employees within the working facility.
